Placing one or more LAF cabinets from the HLFU and VLFU series of ProCleanroom in an indoor environment creates an ultra-clean mini-environment for critical processes (such as sampling, assembly, cleaning, packaging, etc.). These standard cabinets can now also be ordered online in our webshop.
Downflow cabinets: The VLFU series by ProCleanroom is a standard range of vertical laminar flow cabinets (down flow).
The flow cabinets generate a vertical flow (downflow) to provide product and process with protection against contamination within the flow cabinet. Within the downflow units, a clean working environment is realised, free from micro-organisms and dust particles.
Crossflow cabinets: The HLFU series is a standard range of horizontal laminar flow units (crossflow).
Crossflow units realise a horizontal flow of filtered air over the entire work surface. As a result, your product and/or process within the flow cabinet is protected from contamination. The sterile air flows in a unidirectional (laminar) pattern over the workplace from back to front and releases the air into the existing space. Due to the positive air flow in the cross flow unit, particles released during the process are immediately discharged outwards, the positive airflow also prevents any outside particles from entering.
The laminar flow cabinets from the HLFU and VLFU series are standard equipped with a HEPA absolute filter, which offers> 99.995% efficient filtration up to 0.3 micron. The flow cabinets realize cabinets with this a better than ISO class 5 working environment (according to ISO14644-1). Within this environment, critical processes can be performed optimally.

Installation and ISO validation
Depending on the chosen option of pick-up or delivery on location (within the Benelux), the ProCleanroom engineers take care of the ISO validation in advance or at your location.
The flow cabinet comes with a validation report. After delivery, we offer periodic service and revalidation of the flow cabinet if required.
Customisation
Many applications are unique and require special attention. We have our own engineering and CAD department and therefore offer the possibility of customization. The downflow and crossflow custom solutions are fully adapted to the wishes and requirements of the client.
