Cleanroom relocation

On the premises of Biersack our engineers relocated a 35 m2 (7m x 5m x 2.5m int. height), ISO class 7 hardwall cleanroom. Due to the modular design of the hardwall cleanroom, the relocation was very efficient and thanks to the extensive planning and preparation, the entire cleanroom was relocated, cleaned and validated within a few working days.

Full turnkey cleanroom realisation
In addition to the full relocation of the hardwall cleanroom, ProCleanroom has also taken care of the complete furnishing and consumables. This includes shelving units, stainless steel tables, cabinets and a step-over-bench. To continuously monitor the cleanliness in the cleanroom, ProCleanroom has supplied a particle counter and UV inspection lamps.

Hardwall cleanroom specifications

Hardwall cleanrooms provide a structure with a clear definition by the durable, impact-resistant partition. On the robust steel or stainless steel frame, transparent or white opaque wall panels are mounted. The panels form a fixed partition surrounding the sterile space. The smooth finish of this hardwall system makes it an interesting option for classified cleanrooms (ISO class 4 to 9).
