Fully stainless steel ISO-class 5 softwall cleanroom

Our engineers have completed a special project for an international food manufacturer. The softwall cleanroom has been fully manufactured out of stainless steel 304. With its H14 HEPA filtration and innovative design, the cleanroom easily achieves an ISO class 5 validation in the as built state.

The use of EC fan filter units ensure optimum airflow within the cleanroom at lowest possible operational cost. In order to easily install the softwall cleanroom over different test setups, 4 no. braked swivel castors are mounted for optimal movability and stability. Its flexibility is a main advantage: the cleanroom can easily be disassembled and relocated in the future. The cleanroom is fully self-supporting and no adjustments are necessary to the existing building.
