For Elipse Power & Automation solutions, a leading Belgian manufacturer of power supply solutions, we have developed a custom-made crossflow unit. This crossflow unit offers an ultra clean working environment in which Elipse assembles their unique power supplies. After completing the assembly process, the products are cleaned and after a UV particle inspection the products are packed and send to end user ASML for integration in the latest generation of EUV wafer stepper tools.
The unit offers a horizontal flow of the worktop compatible with ASML grade 4 and ASML grade 2. The unit is electrically height-adjustable between 800 and 1000 mm. This makes the crossflow unit suitable for sitting or standing operation and ergonomic for different operators.
ProCleanroom have developed a special 4-axis wall bracket for mounting of the ASML certified UV inspection light. The position of the UV-inspection lamp can easily be adjusted to the desired position, without physical strain on the operator.
