The flow cabinets generate a vertical flow (downflow) to provide product and process with protection against contamination within the flow cabinet. Within the flow units, a clean working environment is realised, free from micro-organisms and dust particles.
Depending on the selected filter type (H14 or U15), the downflow unit realises, an ISO class 3 to 5 working environment (ISO14644-1).

Standard VLFU series
The standard VLFU series by ProCleanroom is a range of vertical laminar flow cabinets (down flow). The series consists of flow cabinets as benchtop model and as model with stainless steel table/frame. The standard downflow cabinets of ProCleanroom are equipped with a HEPA absolute filter, which offers >99.995% efficient filtration up to 0.3 micron. The downflow cabinets from the VLFU series realize an ISO class 5 or cleaner working environment (according to ISO14644-1) and are extremely suitable for sectors where product or process protection is necessary. Installation and validation
