Dat is een vraag die vaak aan onze validatie-ingenieurs wordt gesteld. Vanuit ISO14644-1: 2015 moeten cleanrooms en flowkasten worden gevalideerd volgens een onderhouds- en validatieprogramma passend bij het individuele proces. Dit type validatie bewijst dat de cleanroom of flowkast correct is ge\u00efnstalleerd en de gewenste ISO-klasse behaalt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAt rest\u201d validatie:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Deze validatie wordt uitgevoerd in een volledig ingerichte cleanroom of flowkast wanneer deze aan staat, maar niet in bedrijf is en geen medewerkers aanwezig zijn. Dit type validatie bewijst dat de ge\u00efnstalleerde (roestvrijstalen) meubels en apparatuur geen extra vervuiling toevoegen in de gecontroleerde omgeving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;In operation&#8221; validatie:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Deze validatie wordt uitgevoerd in een volledig operationele cleanroom of flowkast met alle medewerkers en apparatuur aanwezig.
