Was ist ein Reinraum?<\/h1>\n

Ein Reinraum ist eine Umgebung mit hoher Reinheit und wurde entwickelt, um die Kontamination (Verschmutzung) von Produkten, Prozessen oder Untersuchungen in diesem Raum zu reduzieren oder sogar zu eliminieren. Eine Kontamination kann aus gro\u00dfen und feinen Partikeln bestehen, die in der Luft vorhanden sind, sowie aus Fasern, Mikroorganismen und chemischen D\u00e4mpfen. Der Kontaminationsgrad in einem Reinraum wird anhand der Anzahl von Partikeln einer bestimmten Gr\u00f6\u00dfe pro Kubikmeter angegeben.<\/p>\n

Alle Reinr\u00e4ume m\u00fcssen der internationalen Norm ISO14644-1 entsprechen. Vor kurzem wurde eine neue Version dieser Norm ver\u00f6ffentlicht: die ISO 14644-1:2015 (die die alte 14644-1:1999 ersetzt). Die Definition eines Reinraums gem\u00e4\u00df der aktuellen ISO-Norm:<\/p>\n

„Reinraum – Raum, in dem die Konzentration luftgetragener Partikel kontrolliert und klassifiziert wird und der so konstruiert ist und genutzt wird, dass das Einbringen, die Erzeugung und der Verbleib von Partikeln im Raum minimiert wird.“<\/strong><\/p>\n
